There are a few versions of Bria available.

Can someone confirm a suitable link to the correct one?

Does it require to be the paid one? If not, what advantages (if any) does the paid one offer?

If anyone wants to try I have successfully registered VOIspeed SIP trunks with Cluana. Most settings are really straightforward but I reported them below if you wish to have a go:

Step 1) Create a new line for the VoIP account in question: Settings –> Lines –> Add a new phone line.
Step 2) Enter the description of the phone line (e.g. VOIspeed VoIP line) and the phone number or the account number.
Step 3) Select VoIP from the drop-down menu.
Step 4) Enter all settings as follows:
Username and Password are given to you when you create the new VoIP account
Realm = Proxy = Domain = sip.xxxxxxx.com (which is also given to you when you create the VoIP account)

If you have done everything correctly the new VoIP account should register straight away (check the status going to Monitoring  Lines and you should see a green light on the Sip trunks in question).

Hopefully it will work for you too.

Hi Danny,

it is available in the user area. Just type:

https://cloud_domain/private

in a browser and enter your user details (i.e. username and password).
You can find the cloud domain in the settings page of the PBX or just look at the url of the admin interface. It will look something like: https://mintaka.cluana.com

The user area shows all call report, shared contact details etc. You should be able to find more information in the manuals online.

Are you sure you are entering the correct login details? It’s worth trying to reset the password. Make sure also you use port 5058 in the SIP field.
